FindMyClips provides a video clip search service that allows users to upload videos, automatically transcribe audio content, search through transcriptions, and download video clips. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMyClips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
